Exhaust manifolds

     Our company ,along with other products, is also active in the production of exhaust manifolds.

We produce manifolds for individual orders:

  • for customers who want to improve the performance of the car, often complete with exhaust system in order to best ensure that the exhaust fumes from the combustion chamber of the engine are extracted properly and reduce exhaust back pressure
  • for customers who assemble a turbocharger - to mount it
  • or clients who mount unusual engines in other cars so that it all works unreservedly
  • For clients whose serial manifolds notoriously break and simply have no choice.

     A well-made manifold requires a huge effort. It is the part of the production process to which we have the greatest hobbyist approach, practically every manifold is an adventure, an adventure with a saw, welder, grinder in hand. Often, an adventure that lasts a full week - it takes this much time to design, ideally fold, weld, grind and polish the manifold.

     For each manifold to fulfill its mission of improving power / torque of the engine - it must be accompanied by refinement, scrub, individual elements, as well as polishing whole.

      Work begins with a laser incision of the so-called "cleave" - flange, which is screwed into the engine, which is a fastening element of the entire manifold and the place where the exhaust gases pass from the engine into the exhaust system. This is a very important part and that is why it is important that the whole is perfectly cut and folded so as not to create any resistance for exhaust gasses passing rapidly through it. A second no less important aspect is the fact that this is where there is high pressure and temperature differences, especially in winter when within a moment the temperature of -20 degrees suddenly changes to 700. A laser incision of the cleave stainless steel with a thickness of 10mm - (homogeneous material with the rest of the manifold) guarantees a trouble-free operation and precise folding of the whole, helps to eliminate cracking of the welds connecting the different types of materials as in the case of homogeneous manifolds, for example, where flanges are standard steel , "to make it cheaper."

     As you can see the exhaust manifold is not just a project, "any horsepower we can gain" - the effect is obtained, accuracy, perfect fit tube and very tedious work at his creation.
