Intercoolers

     We produce sports and casual intercoolers upon the request of clients who:
- As a result of mechanical damage to the factory intercooler are looking for cheaper alternatives
- Need a more efficient intercooler in a turbocharged car as a basic element of car tuning.

     Factory intercoolers are these elements is most automobile to which the producers do not attach too much importance in the development of the car. These are generally small "coolers" placed somewhere on the side of the bumper, which in the heat of summer rarely fulfill their role which is to cool the charged air to a modest temperature. On hot days the turbocharged cars are so much weaker that it shows. The factory-intercooler-equipped cars with standard small turbochargers, much less those engines tweaked with software to a power capacity often raised by 30 - 50 or even 100%. Such cars already have a bigger turbo and supercharger work on a larger (eg serial 0.6 bar and 1.5 bar after tuning).

     Larger charge from larger turbines is hotter compressed air, requiring more cooling on the principle that the more air will be in its unit in cooler temperatures, it will be thicker, in the unit of measurement there will be more molecules of oxygen, which is obtained through the combustion engine power.

     So in a situation where along the path of the car turbo tuning the situation after firstly compressing air, and secondly the additional heat put on it by the quite hot turbocharger it is needed to install a large, efficient intercooler ,which again will cool the air to the temperature of the surrounding environment.

      Such an intercooler is usually mounted in the middle of the front of the car, between the bumper and the radiator. Between the intercooled turbocharger and intercooler and the damper we mount the air inlet piping of thin stainless steel polished to high gloss with a full diameter flow to provide faster and, if possible, unrestricted movement of air to supply the damper.

     We produce intercoolers tailored to each car in our company and the customer order by the given dimensions, namely:

• Thickness of the core of the intercooler
• Width of the intercooler
• Height of the intercooler
• Diameter and placing the inlet-outlet tubes
