Intake systems

     We offer intake systems for cars equipped with carburetor and fuel injection, naturally aspirated and turbocharged, with gasoline and diesel.

     The idea behind the mounting is a better, faster and more complete filling of the combustion chamber of the engine with the cooler air, and thus - more power, according to the rule - more power with more fuel / air. Professionally made air intake system is also brought into the combustion chamber as cooler air, as a volume unit of cold air has more oxygen molecules, and thus - more fuel (because the fuel is not just gasoline, but a fuel-air mixture).

     Our intake systems are based on the materials of the highest quality for improved tuning- we use high quality conical filters from K&N, stainless steel and reinforced rubber parts used for connections.

     The standard air intake system consists of:

• power tube made of 100% high-gloss polished stainless steel
• a good, big cone filter K&N
• hot air from the enclosure made of polished stainless steel, which aside from separating the rush of air also reflects thermal radiation
• fastening system, suspensions holding both the Power-pipe and cone filter in place
• Aluminum feeding tube leading the cold air from the front of the car into the chamber filter cone
•      Well-made air intake system is able to improve the performance of the car by about 5-10%, a noticeable difference even to an amateur driver.
  
       A more advanced tuning element of the air intake in turbocharged cars is assembling a larger, more efficient intercooler with a system of piping distributing the cool air between the turbocharger - throttle. I recommend that you visit the intercoolers department where you will find more information.

  Price includes a complete service: the dismantling of the old intake, new intake assembly usually consisting of : steel power tube, filter cone, shield from the hot air from the engine compartment, providing the cold air from the front of the car, assembly sensors, etc.
