Struts
Upon individual orders from our customers, we make strut beams reinforcing the front and rear suspension of vehicles - so-called "struts".
We mount them when our customers want to stiffen, to stabilize the suspension on our uneven Polish roads, especially in tight bends - the car leads is more stable and more comfortable to drive.
Montage der Domstreben ist einfach unentbehrlich, wenn:
- Installation of struts is even necessary when: your car is equipped with sports, stiffer suspension
- Auto engine has changed to a larger, heavier, and the car`s body is not suitable for smaller, lighter engines (eg, after mounting a 2-liter unit in Tigrze Opel, Corsa, where no struts lead to the body breaking).
- The age of the car exceeds 15 years, the standard reinforcing elements are already fatigued, broken, weakened by corrosion, etc.
- The very idea of struts is not new, nor a typical sports fad, some of the cars when they are flawed in terms of design and many convertibles are equipped with struts (Skoda Felicia, Renault Megane Coupe, Saab 900, etc.).
A drawing presents the principles of struts, without mounting them the Mcpherson columns are exposed to side fluctuations that change the wheel geometry and of course their grip.
