Flanges

     The production of exhaust manifolds and complete exhaust systems led us to mass produce such items as the exhaust system of clamping flanges.

     Clamping flanges for steel laser cut steel with a wall thickness of 10mm (at the request of other thickness and material) with an accuracy up to a millimeter. This thickness of the material ensures no deformation of the flange after welding of the pipe and already welded - ensures a solid hold joint elements.

      In carrying out our stainless steel flanges steel we are confident that after a strong welding to other components of the exhaust system - will make the exhaust a whole and to work without fault for many years.


     We constantly have in the store several types of flange:

• for the connecting pipes (for 2 or 3 mounting screws)
• for the assembly of turbochargers (the most popular available in stock)
• for the installation of exhaust systems from the turbo (so-called "DOWNPIPE, uppipe, frontpipe etc, also available in stock )
• so-called manifold "clings"(those we tend to provide upon a placed order)
• helpful in the construction, repair or renovation of any kind of specialized machinery
