Suppressors
Our company is a manufacturer of suppressors made of polished stainless steel. We produce suppressors for both tuning companies, mechanical workshops, suppressor workshops and for individual customers - home-grown craftsmen who, in the comfort of home and garage are anxious to create something great on their own with their cars.
Thanks to technology and our capabilities, we are able to manufacture virtually any type of suppressor - a simple or more complex one - according to the wishes / drawings of the customer. Our standard suppressors are made of acid-resistant stainless steel polished to high gloss. The suppressors, both on the inside and outside are welded in a weld of stainless argon-arc in a TIG welding technology. The wall thickness of steel used to manufacture suppressors is usually 1.5 mm which is aimed at ensuring the soundness of construction and sound absorption without any vibration and hum. The suppressing material inside the suppressor is (the best on the market) a special non-woven synthetic fabric able to withstand more than 900ºC - which ensures its non-flammability, and it not being blown out by the diffuser holes in the exhaust system as is the case with other suppressors filled with a simple low-cost mineral wool. Moreover, as it was designed for use in exhaust systems - fully absorbs sound in the medium and low frequencies, leaving out only a gentle murmur caressing the ears of demanding clients. Such a construction and materials used ensure virtually 100% resistance to corrosion and failure-free operation for many years, and the suppressing material will always fulfill its purpose. Such a construction and materials are aimed at making the exhaust systems built on our suppressors, despite a loosened construction, remain within the standards of exhaust volume to enable them to be used, aside from race track driving, for everyday city driving.
Shapes of suppressors, range from round to elliptical, flat, trapezoidal and triangular, up to a maximum length of 65 cm. Our offer is so diverse as to make optimum use of space under the car for a smooth installation of the suppressor junction in such a manner that they do not protrude nor knock on other main frame elements and were not suspended under the car too low - hitting the protruding elements of the road.
We offer virtually any exhaust in-exhaust out pipe diameters ranging from 25mm to 90-100mm. Most commonly 52 mm (2 inches) in the case of naturally aspirated engines, and 63.5-76mm (2.5-3 inches) in the case of turbocharged engines. Exhaust in- exhaust out pipes can be placed centrally or at any other place near the suppressor junction box.
